Polished Pebbles is seeking an Executive Coordinator with highly developed interpersonal skills necessary for executive-level interactions and leadership with the ability to quickly establish rapport and confidence with individuals with diverse backgrounds and ability to adapt to a variety of personalities. The Executive Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO of Polished Pebbles by managing daily calendars, organizing projects and drafting correspondences and in some instances, providing support to the Polished Pebbles Executive Leadership Team
- Compensation – $52.000 starting
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provides executive-level administrative support, including but not limited to scheduling meetings and conference calls, supporting travel such as pre and post travel schedule planning and logistics.
- Keeps CEO aware of any outstanding memos, communications materials, and other items awaiting review/decision.
- Develops communications, presentations, and reports using Powerpoint, Excel and other appropriate platforms.
- Coordinate logistics for special events, meetings and projects
- Manages office operations and non-routine situations effectively.
- Resolves routine and complex issues as needed.

- Organization and people savvy; can make informed decisions; collaborate, influence, forge strong partnerships, and maintain cordial, professional relationships.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Associates degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. Preferred majors include, business or communications.
- 5-7 years of experience of office management
- Experience working both independently and as an active team member with a strong interest in and willingness to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Communication skills should include strong verbal and written communication, strong listening skills
- Detailed-oriented with an ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Seeks continuous improvement and feedback
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- High level of energy and commitment
