We are serving the highest number of students on an annual basis by far; offering the most diverse types of programming and the most consistent programming (in terms of weekly, regular school programming in addition to our other programs); offer school-based mentoring program to the most schools (on avg. 50 each school year); greater reach locally as well as nationally and globally
Served 1500+ girls at 30+ school and community sites
Provided paid summer employment for 400+ girls and young women.
WESTSIDE EXPANSION
Expanded our reach with more program offerings in the Westside of Chicago for moms and their daughters ages 10 – 18.
School-Based Mentoring Program
IN-SCHOOL AND AFTER SCHOOL MENTORING PROGRAM
Proviso East and West high schools and programs at Proviso Math and Science Academy during school and after school programs, as well as community-based events.
PAID WORK-STUDY INTERNSHIPS PROGRAM
Spring and summer for high school girls ages 13 – 18 on the West Side and across Chicago and the South & West Suburbs.
Every Girl Is a CEO Work-Study Program is specifically for girls ages 15-18 years old
Girls meet weekly virtually and in-person.
Mommy & Me Summer Entrepreneurship Program for girls ages 10 – 14 and their moms and mother figures.

Pink Hard Hat Symposium with industry leaders in construction, manufacturing, and the trades.
Every Girl is a CEO Conference for 100+ girls and young women.
